License Agreement
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Quality Pro pattern lock generator tool (“Tool”) provided by Quality Pro (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Tool.
Grant of License:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Tool for personal and commercial purposes. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.
Attribution:
You are not required to provide attribution to Quality Pro when using the Tool. However, if you choose to provide attribution, you may do so in a manner consistent with industry standards and best practices.
Modifications:
You may modify the Tool to suit your needs, including adding new features, fixing bugs, or improving performance. However, you may not distribute modified versions of the Tool under the name “Quality Pro” or any derivative thereof.
Distribution:
You may distribute the Tool, whether in its original or modified form, provided that you do so in compliance with this Agreement. You must ensure that recipients of the Tool receive a copy of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Tool is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk associated with the use of the Tool, including but not limited to the risk of program errors, data loss, and security vulnerabilities.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Quality Pro be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of the Tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
